Covid info for people travelling to Belgium
All relevant information may be found on:

Exemptions for Sportsmen: https://www.info-coronavirus.be/en/exemptions
Color code by country: https://www.info-coronavirus.be/en/colour-codes-by-country
In summary, if you are not a Belgian resident:
You must complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF: https://www.info-coronavirus.be/en/plf/) within 48 hours before arriving in Belgium (even if vaccinated, whatever the colour code of the country you are coming from)
As professional sportsmen coming from a red zone, you may be partially exempt from quarantine but you must be tested for Covid on day 1 in Belgium (you can do it at the airport); if result is negative, the player may participate in the tournament but should remain in quarantine for the rest of the time.
(Rem: currently, USA have a red color code but are not part of the “very high risk countries”).
You must be tested again on day 7, if you are still in Belgium.
